Our Story

Co-founders Toni Bowker and Simon Perry first worked together over a decade ago, and their paths have been connected by a shared vision: to build something greater than technology alone. Toni, a serial entrepreneur, has founded and scaled several successful ventures from the ground up, always with culture and people at the core. Simon, a veteran cybersecurity strategist with 20+ years’ experience, has built Security Operations Centers (SOCs), evaluated cutting-edge technologies, and advised enterprises on shaping their security strategies.

When Toni and Simon reunited to launch Resilience, they did so with a simple but powerful belief: Africa deserves a people-first, technically deep, boutique distributor that delivers cybersecurity services.
